A Growing City With the Heart of a Small Town

From an early age we learn about our anatomical hearts - or as some refer to it, the "ticker."   That particular organ is responsible for keeping us alive, we cannot live without it.    It is a vital organ that we strive to keep healthy and strong.   The "heart" of a community is very similar,  in that without it we have only buildings, streets, and other facilities which keep us alive.    A community cannot be truly strong, vibrant and growing without a heart.

Money magazine recently recognized Noblesville as the fiftieth best place to live in America, which included among the criteria great job opportunities, excellent schools, safe streets and economic strength.   Included in Money magazine's selection was the availability of affordable housing.

The strength of Noblesville in achieving this designation is made up of several entities who work together - the City of Noblesville, Noblesville Chamber of Commerce, Noblesville Main Street, the Hamilton County Visitors Bureau, and others.   It is in these partnerships that a community's heartbeat remains strong, able to withstand and support each other during economic downturns, to rally together to help our non-profits such as Meals on Wheels, Prevail, Promising Futures, and others.    No part of our community can stand alone, and that is the reason we continue to thrive in Noblesville and proudly share this designation with 99 other cities and town across America including Westfield (48); Brownsburg (55) and Plainfield (62).

The Noblesville Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated its 75th anniversary of serving the business community to prosper and grow.   We are proud to claim the designation of being the first Chamber established in Hamilton County and look forward to the next 75 years and beyond!
