The Noblesville Chamber of Commerce and City of Noblesville recently collarborated on November 17 to honor businesses in Noblesville with their Annual Enterprise Awards program. Proceeds from the event benefit the Noblesville Schools Education Foundation. The event was held at Purgatory Golf Club in Noblesville.
Nominations were accepted, finalists selected and awards given in six categories: Best Green Initiative, GreenCycle of Noblesville; Best New Construction/Renovation, HAND, Inc.; Best New Business, McDonalds at Hamilton Town Center; Best Small Business, Subway of Noblesville; Business of the Year, SMC Corporation; and Business Person of the Year, O'Dell Lakes, owner, Smith's Jewelers.
The event emcee was Lew Middleton, former WIBC personality and Communications Manager for Duke Energy. Mayor John Ditslear welcomed all finalists and thanked them for their contributions to Noblesville.
